We contract with you to purchase the property using "terms", then we search & qualify tenant-buyer's who can't get qualified for a mortgage who are looking to purchase a home. We then contract with the new tenant-buyer's under "terms' until either they can get qualified for a mortgage and purchase the home or they may decide to walk away from the home. From the time the tenant-buyer's move in, they are responsible for any & all repairs & paying monthly payments through a third party company so you know you will be getting paid on time every time. This is why we undergo a strict, thorough qualification application process.
